As of 4/26/11 Butterball was spotted at Delaware Park. Please call us day or night if seen. Please help and find her. She is a Boxer/Shepherd mix medium size boxer face, brindle coat. Recently had puppies, so still has sagging breasts. We took her for a walk and when we got back to the house, she slipped out of her collar and took off running. Last I had sight of her was running west on linden ave. from starin at about 9:15 pm. on 4-17. She's extremely timid, afraid of humans but completely non-aggressive. Chocolate (neutered male Pit bull & Lab mix. He is around 1 1/2 to 2 years old and has is full of energy. He is playful and sweet. He is close to 50lbs.) was last seen in Blasdell apx. 6 months to a year ago. If anyone has seen him or knows where he is please contact BPC at 716-208-7747. His foster parents said that he got through the fence and ran off. They posted flyers but haven't received a response. |

Hope is a semi-feral dog that was featured on "Last Chance Highway", a reality TV show on Animal Planet. Hope was rescued and rehabilitated in Mississippi, and then transported to New York City, where she was adopted. According to Animal Planet, Hope ran away soon after her arrival in NY. She subsequently was found in Central Park by Animal Haven Shelter and, is said to have been adopted out in May 2010 to a family in Oneonta, NY. She went missing again immediately upon her arrival in Oneonta. No Effort has been made by Double Dog Rescue/Animal Planet or Al Roker Productions (Executive Producer) to find Hope. It is our number one concern that Hope be recovered and placed in a suitable environment. Secondary to this is a concern that all of the entities above seem to view Hope as a disposable commodity. She helped to bring them ratings, exposure and advertising dollars, they need to do right by her and "Help Find Hope". |

I adopted my dog from Paws and Claws, almost two years ago and he has gone missing your help would be greatly appreciated in bringing him home. Here are the details; His name is "Chief" he is a black lab mix with just a touch of white on his chest. Possibly mixed with Boxer or Pit you can tell from the shape of head. He is only medium size about 40lbs. He has a very agressive bark and shows aggression to some dogs. But he scared of everything and is a lover. He loves kids and tennis balls. Key words to use when found, "Chief" , or "go find Bandit" (my other dog) or Ball. He ran after a deer into the woods in the Blasdell area between Jeffrey Blvd and the Ford Plant at night on 10/14/10. He was wearing a blue cloth collar with a tag with my number and a silver choker chain. My family is heartbroken, he is loved and missed. |

Sometime between Friday night 9/11 and Saturday night 9/12, this cat pulled the fan out of the window, ripped through the screen and jumped out of the 2nd story window and disappeared from Standard Pkwy near William St in Cheektowaga. We are very worried as he had only been here less than one day so he probably won't know his way back. He was an owner surrender because the cat kept trying to get out...unfortunately she was right! The cat is male, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and has all nails. He may be injured as a result from his leap from the 2nd story. Please, look out for this cat. His name is Ovie and he is a ragdoll. He's got white long hair with peach/orange on his face and ears. He has bright blue eyes. He is overly affectionate and usually meows nonstop. He was last seen in my apartment on Mariemont Ave in South Buffalo on Monday the 9th. He doesn't have a collar because he isn't an outdoor cat and I have no idea how he managed to get out, but I have papers for him and hes supposed to be getting fixed next week. |

One of our adopted pets has been missing for three days so since the 19th tomorrow will be 4 days. His name is Plato and he is a neutered and friendly Lab/Pit Bull mix who is microchipped. He was last seen at Ross and Ontario in Buffalo. As far as we know, someone picked him up. Please have them contact BPC immediately if they find him. |

Minnie is missing from my Amherst home I have searched and searched. She ran out the door when the cable installer opened the back door to access the basement. I have been out looking for her, I miss her please post her as missing and I will continue my search door to door tomorrow. |

Luna is about 1 year old. She belongs to the Buffalo Paws and Claws Animal Shelter. This cat was in a foster home in Lockport. The cat somehow got out of the house and we have not been able to locate her. We are assuming someone took her in, but she needs to be returned. Please contact if you have ANY information!!! PLEASE!!! Can't stop thinking about her out there all alone. |

Noodles is a 2-3 year old Beagle mix dog who came to us from a kill shelter in KY. She weighs around 35 pounds. She was supposed to be spayed prior to her arrival but she wasn't, so after having her for about a week we realized that she was pregnant. Noodles and her 6 babies are all up for adoption. This mom is very loving, sweet, and playful. She is quiet in the house and obeys. She is good with other dogs from what we can tell. She was grumpy towards other dogs when she was pregnant, but is currently in a foster home with a doggie friend. We are not sure how she is with cats because we haven't seen her around any. She is great with children but we have not seen her around any under the age of 8. Due to her sweet disposition we are confident that she would do well with young kids. She is good with her food, no issues there and has not shown any signs of aggression since we have had her. Noodles is crate trained although she prefers not being in one and potty trained. She will follow you around the house and just wants to be loved!!! She is up to date on her shots, dewormed, given a bordatella vaccination, tested negative for heart worms, and will either be spayed prior to adoption or come with a spay certificate. Meet Tugger. He is a sweet, cuddly affectionate cat about 3 years old. He just wants to be loved, held and played with. Tugger is just waiting for someone to shower him with love and attention. Gidget is a female 10 month old Rottweiler mix dog. We believe that she might be mixed with a doberman. She came to us from a kill shelter in Ohio. Just look at her smile for the camera! She only weighs around 40 pounds and will not get much bigger. She is very pretty and sweet. She is shy when she first meets you, but doesn't display any aggression. She does not have a docked a tail, but hopefully her new family won't mind that. Gidget does not seem to like cats therefore she cannot be in a home with any. She would probably do better as the only dog in the house. She doesn't like most dogs in her space. She is fine walking next to them and doesn't display aggression when she sees them. She is loving, friendly, and well behaved. Gidget is very affectionate and loves to follow her owner around the house. She loves to hug you, lay with you, cuddle on the couch, and be pet. She sits nicely, sometimes gives paw (she's still learning), and aims to please her owner. She is potty trained and crate trained. She is good with children, but we haven't seen her around any under the age of 8 and think that they would be too active for her, causing her to become nervous. She does display some fear towards certain men, but she should outgrow that over time as she is still young. We think that she might have possibly been hit at times as she occasionally cowers when you raise your voice at her. She NEEDS a quieter household where there is not a lot of people coming and going. Gidget walks great on a leash and does not pull. Please give her a chance and at least meet her. You will see just how special she is!
