Ginger
Ginger is a sweet 4 month old puppy who came to us from a kill shelter in Ohio. She came here with 9 other puppies and she is the only one who got sick. We took her to the Vet today and they told us that she has an Upper Respiratory Infection.
 The poor girl doesn't feel good and has a cough, runny nose, and loss of appetite. He gave us some Clavamox to give her and said that she should start feeling better in a couple of days. Her visit plus the medication came to $80.00. It's not much to pay for such a loving little girl. |

Buddy is a male 7-8 month old 30 pound Pit/Boston Terrier mix puppy. Per the Vet he is not going to get much bigger than he already is. He is absolutely adorable, sweet, and loving. He is a little mouthy due to his age, but that is something that he will outgrow quickly. Buddy is very friendly and loves everyone. He is great with children of all ages. He LOVES to play with other dogs and would enjoy having a furry friend to live with. He is good with cats but he should be in a home with one that is used to having a dog around because Buddy wants to play. Buddy has zero aggression and a great disposition. He is good on the leash, but does grab it in his mouth and walk with it (sooo cute). This cute boy would make a great family pet. He is crate trained and quiet while in there. He is mostly potty trained but still needs a little bit of work. He is up to date on his shots, dewormed, and will be neutered prior to adoption or come with a neuter certificate. Trooper is a male one year old 40 pound, short Amstaff mix dog. He came to us from a kill shelter in SC. They have had serious problems with people breaking in and stealing pit bulls from SC shelters so we agreed to take him so that he could be safe and adopted to someone who will give him the love he deserves. Per the SC shelter "Trooper has got to be one of the sweetest male pit bulls I have ever encountered." They have named him appropriately. Poor Trooper came in with a chain embedded all the way around his neck, and about 15’ of chain dragging behind him. He was brought in by law enforcement. His neck is now completely healed! Stupidity reigns with some people who think puppies don’t grow. At least Trooper was fed. He was sweet and calm as the Vet cut the chain away, and when it was done, he gave gentle kisses to Christina, one of their managers, as if to say “thank you.” He is very friendly and has shown no signs of aggression to people OR dogs. We are not sure how he is with cats. After what this boy has endured, our rescue group could not turn him away. Hi, my name is Sassy and I'm 13.5 years old and very healthy. I'm such a sweet, affectionate girl who loves to cuddle and sleep in bed with my human! I am a little chubby, but hey that's just more of me to love! I have a stubby tail that appears to be "kinked" in a downward position. I am a local owner surrender, after much tears, because my owners' daughter (under 2 yrs old) was too rough with me and I didn't like it. I am up to date on vaccines, dewormed, FIV/FeLV negative, FRONT DECLAWED and spayed. It's suggested that I go to a home with no small children. I don't do well with other cats but not sure how I would be with a dog. I am good with being held, but like most ladies I am self conscious, so please do not touch my back end or tail...I do not like that!
