Phoebe is a female Rat Terrier mix 7 year old 14 pound dog. She is a little shy but very affectionate and sweet. This little girl came to us from a kill shelter in TN and is now looking for her forever home. She is a quiet and well behaved dog. She is good with other dogs but is a little cautious when first meeting them. Phoebe is good with children but would be better suited in a home without young ones running around making her nervous. Due to her disposition we think that she would be fine around cats although we haven't seen her around any. She is both crate trained and potty trained. She is up to date on her shots, tested negative for heart worms, given a bordatella vaccination, and spayed. If you are interested in meeting her please call or text us at 716-208-7747. Our email address is pawsandclawsanimalshelter@yahoo.com. In order to speed up the adoption process please fill out our online application.
We have partnered with Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic. When you adopt this dog you will receive your first office visit free! Also, for the first two weeks following adoption your vet costs are covered, in full if illness should occur.
Meet Tugger. He is a sweet, cuddly affectionate cat about 3 years old. He just wants to be loved, held and played with. Tugger is just waiting for someone to shower him with love and attention. He would do best in a home with female cats or a calm male. He is up to date on vaccinations, dewormed and neutered. He MUST be kept on a monthly flea preventative, if you have a dog, as he is highly prone to flea dermatitis if exposed to fleas. If interested in meeting him please call or text 716-308-0101 or email bpckitties@hotmail.com. To speed up the process fill out an adoption application.
When you adopt this animal, you will get a certificate to use for one free office visit, at participating vets, within 10 days of adoption.

Hope is a female brownish black 1 year old Lab/Pit mix dog. She was originally found as a 5 week old puppy sitting in a shopping cart abandoned at Tops in the beginning of winter. The woman that found her took her in and cared for her until she could no longer keep her. In the matter of a month the woman lost her husband, home, and now her two dogs. When the Vet looked at Hope's rear leg they said that she was born with a missing limb. She can get around great on 3 legs! She wobbles and wiggles, which is absolutely adorable and she can run, go for walks, and go up and down stairs. She is great with children of all ages and has lots of experience with them. She knows some basic commands such as sit, stay, lay down, and come. She is sweet with other dogs but may be a little nervous upon first meeting them. We have not seen her around cats, but think that she would probably be fine with them. Hope is 100 percent potty trained and crate trained. She is up to date on her shots, dewormed, tested negative for heart worms, and spayed. If you are interested in meeting her please call or text us at 716-208-7747. Our email address is pawsandclawsanimalshelter@yahoo.com. In order to speed up the adoption process please fill out our online application.
