Chi's Rescued From Puppy Mill
Our rescue group just took in three Chihuahuas from a Puppy Mill raid in Mississippi from the Humane Society of the United States.

We offered to lend a helping hand, when we found out what horrific conditions these dogs and puppies were living in. We would like to thank the many rescues who helped out locally as well as the Genesse County Animal Shelter, volunteers, and transporters who made this save a success.
 BPC ended up saving three of these precious little dogs. We took in Chica an 8 pound Chi, Violet a 12 pound Chi, and Amory a 10 pound Chi.  We paid $20 each dog to get them transported here. Bronx is a sweet little 14 week old brindle male Pit bull puppy. He came to us from a kill shelter in Ohio. He is great with other dogs and good with cats. This cuddler is a sweet and loving puppy who is ready for his forever home. He is great with children and would love having a big sister or brother. Bronx is up to date on his shots, dewormed, given a bordatella vaccination, and will come with a neuter certificate to use at our Vet. Cooper is a male 40 pound Australian Shepherd mix 5 year old dog. He is very loving and sweet! He was adopted from us 2 years ago and then returned. He is EXCELLENT with children and lived in a home with two of them. He can be a little shy with new people that he meets, but is not aggressive at all. Cooper will need to occasionally be groomed, which we recently had done. He is great with other dogs and hasn't had an issue with any that he has met. He lived in a home with another dog as well. He is potty trained and crate trained. He walks well on a leash and is obedient. He would make a great family pet! Cooper is extremely loving, affectionate, and sweet. He is fearful of men when they come into the house. We believe that he had a negative experience with one at some point in his life. He will sometimes bark. When out in public he is fine with men approaching him and meeting him. He only seems to do this inside the home. He is up to date on his shots, dewormed, and neutered.
