Duddle bug is a very nice guy looking for a new family. His previous family moved and left him along with three other dogs behind. Charlie is a beautiful 10 month old Springer Spaniel mix puppy. His paperwork from a different rescue states that he is a St Bernard mix, but we do not see that. He is medium in size and weighs about 45 pounds. He is highly food motivated although takes food very gently. He loves to chew on Kong toys and plastic bottles with treats in them. He loves playing fetch with a tennis ball and will catch it and bring it back to you. Charlie is very good with other dogs and is always playful and friendly. Of course he thinks that he is a lap dog and will want to sit on your lap. He is a great family dog and does very well with people that he first meets. Charlie loves to go for car rides and is a very good listener. He also loves water and will jump right in. Charlie will need an active family who is willing to do all of these fun things with him. He is crate trained although he can be left in the house for hours and does not chew on anything or destroy anything. He just plays with his toys and chews on his bones. Nike is a male 2 year old Pit Bull mix dog who was seized from a warehouse with over 100 dogs. Majority of the dogs were either Pit Bulls or Pit mixes. Many of the dogs were starving and as you can see Nike does need to put on some weight. Greta is a female Blue Heeler mix dog who is almost 1 1/2 years old. She was originally dumped in someones yard when she was around 7 month's old. She was then taken to animal control where she didn't get adopted. At this point she went to a high kill shelter and then was pulled the day that she was going to die. This is miss Dixie, a gentle soul. She is a very special girl who is looking for a home as special as she is! Dixie is about 7-8 yrs old and is such a sweet & gentle soul. She was previously shot in the face and had to have surgery. She lost several teeth and part of her jaw bone but she actually looks very good considering what she has been through. Dixie does have a little trouble eating certain foods. She is very calm and quiet, she just enjoys laying on a soft pillow and being close to you. She is house trained and weighs about 55 lbs. Ruby was pulled from a kill shelter in ky where she was terrified. She is still adjusting to her placement here and she is a very nervous little girl. We believe that she is between 4 and 5 years old. She would need to placed in an adult home only. Ruby would not be good around loud noises or a hectic environment. She is up to date on her shots and spayed, so she just needs a family to complete her life. She is using pee-pee pads and is housetrained.
